Dow City is Bloomin' With Pride

The Dow City Business Club sponsored the "Bloomin' with Pride" contest and honored the participants at the Garden Party in the Dow City Park on May 25th, 2010.  Attendees also got a first look a the street banners that will be displayed Memorial Day weekend.
